"I had to send a couple of..."
I had to send a couple of emails to follow up, so it wasn’t the smoothest process. But to be fair, they did get my refund sorted within a few days. These things can take a bit sometimes, and as long as the company follows through, that’s what matters to me. Support was decent and fair overall.

The shirt itself was fine, I guess... quality seemed okay overall. But the color was way off from the picture. I ordered what looked like a deep navy, and what showed up was more of a faded blue. Not the worst thing ever, but yeah... annoying since the color was basically the reason I chose it.

"Fit was sorta off for me"
The shirt looked fine overall, but the sizing just wasn’t quite right for me. I ordered my usual size and it ended up being tighter than expected, especially around the chest. It’s not terrible, but I’d sorta be hesitant to trust the fit chart next time.

I was trying to place a bulk order for shirts, but the whole process ended up being more frustrating than I expected. The available options felt limited, and it wasn’t very clear what I was actually getting or how the pricing worked. On top of that, the prices didn’t seem especially competitive for a larger order. I spent way too much time trying to figure it out, and I feel like this needs to be looked into because bulk ordering should be much more straightforward than this

"Pretty easy return overall"
I ordered a shirt and even though the sizing didn’t work out, I was glad the return process was straightforward. The only slightly annoying part was waiting a few days for the refund to come through. Still, customer service replied quickly and made the whole thing easy enough, so overall it was a good experience.

I was disappointed with this shirt. After just washing it, it started falling apart, which really shouldn’t happen so soon. I expected it to hold up better, i’d appreciate an apology for the poor quality.

"Pretty solid shirt overall"
I ordered a tee from jonestshirts.com and, uh, it turned out nice. The print looks good and the sizing was mostly right, maybe just a little loose on me. Shipping took a few days longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again.

"Shrank After the First Wash"
The shirt looked fine when it arrived, but after just one wash it shrank in a really weird way. I followed the care instructions, so that was frustrating. It’s still wearable, I guess, but not what I was expecting.

My first impression when I opened the package was actually good. I ordered a couple shirts from jonestshirts.com, and for the price, I wasn’t expecting much. But the fabric felt decent right away, the print looked clean and clear, and the shirts didn’t have that cheap feel I was worried about. Shipping took a few days, but nothing unreasonable. Overall, based on that first impression and how they turned out, I’d say they were worth the money. I’ll probably order again.

"Really soft shirts"
I grabbed a couple shirts from jonestshirts.com they’re really soft. I washed them and they still didn’t get stiff or scratchy, which is a nice surprise. I ended up putting one on right away because it felt that comfortable. Overall I’m happy with them, full disclosure, I’m also kind of hoping they offer a little discount or credit for sharing feedback

"A surprisingly good mix of brands"
I didn’t expect to find as many brands as I did, so that was a nice surprise. It made the whole process a lot easier because I could look at a bunch of different options side by side instead of jumping around to different sites and trying to keep track of everything. I ordered from jonestshirts.com and, to be fair, everything did go through in the end. The checkout just felt a little clunky to me. A couple of pages were slow to load, and I had to check my cart twice because it didn’t seem to update right away.
The good part is that payment went through without any issue, and the confirmation email showed up quickly. So I wouldn’t call it a bad experience, just not the smoothest one. I’d probably order again if I found a shirt I really wanted...

I ordered these shirts a while back, or maybe it was just last week, I can’t remember, but I’ve worn them a few times now and they feel really good. The quality is better than I expected, and they’ve held up nicely so far
